I decided to take one of my old pencil drawings and color it. You can see the pencil
work here. As you can see, I still haave a lot of work to do. This is basically the first
phase where I'm just laying down blocks of color and start adding hightlights and shadows
here and there. The wings are inspired in part by Meilin Wong....she draws the most beautiful
wings.....I'm still working on them - trying to achieve that light and airy mystical feel. I erased the
work I did on the hair and started over......it'll get there I need to tighten up the shadows and highlights
all over. When it is done, I'll use her as the my splashpage image.
